Overview
We developed a Web App that uses unique patented technology and achieves a set of goals that cover the needs of learners and tutors during and after live classes and sessions. These include:
Increase the memorability of educational material and receive feedback from tutor in real time.
Revisit recordings and see visualized notes and participants’ reactions to a particular moment during the session.
Exchange thoughts and notes during the meeting, filter, tag, search and share notes and comments.
Receive a post-session PDF with notes, comments, and discussions with interactive links to corresponding moments in the recording (patented technology).

Hybrid Meeting Collaboration Tool
A web-app with real-time Audio / Video communication. The application allows students and teachers (from both business and educational environments) to collaborate on the session in real time via Smart Notes. Users can create time-stamped notes, share or keep them private, view the notes of others, add tags, comments and files to specify the issue in question, and more

Lecturer / Teacher / Tutor Web App
Classes & Scheduling
The Platform provides tools to the hosts that allow them to set up their timetable, schedule classes, and add required participants, after which the system sends out invites with the links to the session.
Live Assessment
The Platform includes functionality that allows Hosts to hold quizzes and let learners use the built-in whiteboard & screen sharing for measuring material understanding and knowledge growth.
Recordings Library
Hosts can record, save, and revisit the session recordings, add notes to a particular part of the recording later, and export the notes. Each recorded session can be up to 120 minutes long.
Group & Individual Feedback
Hosts can create agendas based on questions from learners. The Platform supports sharing all necessary learning materials of different formats with a group of participants or with each learner individually.
Student / Learner Web App
Live Note Taking
Learners can leave private or public notes during the session, share them with the group, Host, or individual Learner. Platform supports adding materials to each note, mark them as Questions, add tags and filters.
Session Recordings
Recorded sessions are stored and accessible for the Learners in the Library. There, they can revisit the material, add new notes post-class, and communicate with Host and Learners if need be.
Timetable Management
Learners can access the schedule and see the planned lessons and sessions by their tutors. Each learner will receive an invitation link to a specific session, if they are among the participants.
Measuring Knowledge Growth
The Platform supports quizzes, whiteboard, and screen sharing for helping Learners present their work and get an evaluation of their knowledge within the systems’ environment.
MS Teams App
We also developed and launched a version of the software for MS Teams. It includes all the application’s functionality and makes it available directly within the Teams meetings
Adaptive Design
Content-based Page Structure, Responsive Design Rules and Page Templates were the core of the adaptive design effort that allowed the application to adapt depending on the user’s device and its screen resolution

As a part of our time-proven expertise, It allowed us to save a considerable amount of time and effort while developing a complete software product that aligned with the customer’s business model.
