Overview
The goal was to create iOS & Android Mobile Applications that would allow users to spend less money purchasing smaller membership packages, and selling those that they can’t attend. We split the solution in three parts, each with its own User Role and unique functionality

Users can set up their profile, add existing memberships they’d like to upcycle, manage bookings, and plan the routine with Class Schedule.
Extra Profit For Membership Holders
Users can list memberships they own for other people to purchase. The Platform supports membership management, including adding, selling, and canceling listings.
Navigation & Custom Content
The app supports functionality for Users to find Gyms, Classes, and Memberships via various filters, including Distance, Rating, Location, and Price.

Web App for Gym Admins allows managing gym-specific data like finances, active users, memberships, and more. The Platform collects the information and presents it conveniently.
Detailed Data Breakdown
The web app allows admins to track the purchases of classes and memberships per gym or user and monitor overall expenditure and income.
Super Admin Functionality
The Platform is designed to accommodate a Super Admin role — a position that oversees all gyms, performs content moderation, and receives financial and other overviews within the Web Application.
Content Creation and Moderation
The administrative functionality of the application includes the ability to create & edit facilities and classes, add entries or categories, moderate inappropriate content, and manage promo campaigns and admin requests.
