How It Works

The UX / UI design is minimalistic and intuitive to ensure a user-friendly experience. A user can get help or guidance in a few clicks:
The user opens the app and selects the service needed: carpentry, plumbing, heating & cooling

Payment section where the user checks a particular specialist availability and rate

Video call, during which an engineer examines the issue, explains and supervises the fixing process

After a call finishes successfully, the user is charged for the services provided and a job report is generated automatically

Main Features

The main goal of the project was to increase the effectiveness of the tradesmen, reduce wasted time-on-job and provide the users with a comprehensive user experience. Members of the public can use this tool for solving some of their housing issues on their own — quickly and at a reasonable cost.
